When Sarb Sian arrived in Canada in 1993, he brought with him a deep respect for craftsmanship and an obsessive eye for detail. Today All Kinds Railings is family-run, with a small team trained directly by Sarb, serving the entire Lower Mainland, parts of Washington State, and as far east as Kelowna.

Always. Every installation meets or exceeds the British Columbia Building Code requirements for residential and commercial railings. Engineered stamps are available on request for commercial work.
Most residential decks and staircases are installed in 1–3 days after materials arrive. Custom glass and metal projects may require 2–4 weeks of lead time for fabrication. Your quote will include an exact timeline.
